Natürlich schreibt eine "NGO" nicht wörtlich auf ihre Webseite, dass es um Bestechung geht. aber schon auf der Startseite steht als zweiter Punkt:
"It will ensure that ample resources are available for those principled Rebublicans who do the right thing (...)"
Unter "In the media" findet man auf der Website zuoberst den NYT-Artikel "Group pledges up to $50 million to defend Republicans who support impeaching Trump"
Darin heißt es: "The financial commitment by the group, the Republican Accountability Project, is designed to incentivize Republicans who have appeared open to voting in favor of the new article of impeachment that is expected to be considered by the House on Wednesday."
Sarah Longwell wird darin wörtlich zitiert: "... but we want to provide a counterweight to say there is real money to back people who do the right thing.”
Wenn man selbst googelt:

Die WaPo führt unter dem Titel "How to help pro-democracy Republicans dump the seditionists" ebenfalls die $50M und das Longwell-Zitat auf.
Es ist also eindeutig, dass republikanischen Abgeordneten Geld angeboten wird, wenn sie für die Amtsenthebung Trumps stimmen.
Ob sie es nun direkt auf's Privatkonto oder später auf das Konto ihrer jeweiligen Kampagnen überwiesen bekommen - ihre Stimme für die Amtsenthebung Trumps soll finanziell "entschädigt" werden.
