Naja, das Hauptproblem dabei ist, dass Nationalgardisten nur an dritter Stelle noch hinter den Reservisten angesiedelt sind, mit entsprechender Ausbildung und Ausrüstung. Von denen 25.000 mit scharfer Munition auf einem Haufen ist ein 'accident waiting to happen'.
