The Fl purpose of Project AERODYNAMIC is to exploit the anti-Soviet Ukrainian resistance groups OJHVR, UFA, ZPUHVR and the (UN/B) in Western Europe for intelligence purposes. The specific Fl objectives are the training and dispatch of Agents into the Soviet Ukraine to procure operational, document and positive intelligence, and to establish a sound UHVR-CIA working relationship both in and outside the target area through the MUM.

The purpose of Project AERODYNAMIC is to provide for the exploitation and expansion of the anti-Soviet Ukrainian resistance movement for cold war and hot war purposes. Such groups as the Ukrainian Supreme Council of Liberation (UBVR) and its Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA), the Foreign. Representation of the Ukrainian Supreme Council of Liberation (ZPUHVR) in Western Europe and the United States, and other organizations such as OUN/B will be utilized.

72.500 USD in 1953 entspricht etwa 837.462 USD heute, nur um Mal zu zeigen, dass es da nicht um Peanuts ging.
