unterscheidet sich aber diesbezüglich nicht.
Ich muss zugeben: Einen Passus für die Verlängerung der Amtszeit des Präsidenten unter Kriegsrecht sehe ich da auch nicht!
Allerdings gibt es im Kriegsrecht der Ukraine einen Artikel, der die Wahl des Präsidenten verbietet! Und zwar nicht erst seit Selenskyj, sondern schon früher.

Under martial law, the following are prohibited:
changing the Constitution of Ukraine;
amendment of the Constitution of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea;
conducting elections of the President of Ukraine, as well as elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and local self-government bodies;
conducting all-Ukrainian and local referenda;
carrying out strikes.

1. In the conditions of martial law, the following are prohibited:
changing the Constitution of Ukraine ;
amendment of the Constitution of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea ;
conducting elections of the President of Ukraine, as well as elections to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and local self-government bodies;
conducting all-Ukrainian and local referenda;
conducting strikes, mass meetings and actions.
In Deutschland wäre das Gesetz in Kraft, solange das BVerfG es nicht für ungültig erklärt hat.
Wenn das in der Ukraine ähnlich gehandhabt wird, ist Selenskyj immer noch legitimer Präsident der Ukraine.
