During the reporting period, OHCHR continued to document cases of arbitrary detention, torture, including sexual violence, and enforced disappearance of civilians in the occupied territory
OHCHR has documented the death of 27 civilians (21 men and 6 women) in detention from torture, absence of medical assistance or inhuman conditions of detention, both in occupied territory and the territory of the Russian Federation, since 24 February 2022.
