weil eine Lungenthrombose in der Regel die Folge einer Venentrombose ist.
(Offenbar kaum Lungenthrombosen ohne vorherige tiefe Venentrombose ("deep vein thrombosis"), und nur wenige tiefe Venentrombosen ohne darauffolgende Lungenthrombose.)
