Vielleicht hatte er 2001, als er im deutschen Bundestag seine Rede hielt, Putin noch nicht die den Realitätsverlust, dass u.a. die Ukraine ein Teil Russlands wäre.
Vielleicht sind ihm aber auch solche "Gesetze" im Westen sauer aufgestoßen:
