Aparter Gedanke: der Chef braucht Masken, die er dem Staat verkaufen kann und bemüht seine Kontakte zum Militär deshalb. Dieses wiederum
schaut sich auf chinesischen und anderen Rollbahnen um und überbietet
(zur Not auch durch Vorzeigen harter Argumente) die ursprünglich Käufer oder ordnet einfach eine "Umleitung" an.....na ja. usw.
