"When I jokingly said, "We have an Unidentified Flying Object," I
referred to an object which had floated unexpectedly in front of a
television camera inside the Spacelab module. I did not mean to imply
that I had sighted any sort of object commonly referred to as a "UFO."
As you know, the Spacelab does not have any windows and it would be
difficult to sight such an object. I apologize for any confusion that
my remark may have caused."
